thank you. She is having me come back in for labs and a resistance lab it just sucks i don't want to live like this. I know it is the way it is now but ...

It could be a variety of things. It could be a cold it could be COVID it could be an infection as long as your numbers go back to being undetectable you're fine but if you continue being detectable then please have a serious talk with your doctor about changing medications.
