With the temperatures changing, many of us experience maladies associated with the Seasons.

Oh Boy Oh Boy do I suffer with SAD (Seasonal Adjustive Disorder). Since I seem to get up with the birds, I blame them. Since their rhythm of time is off so is mine.

I don't get affected/ I'm in SoCal so we don't really have winter (unless you're up in the mountain snows) we have hot summer and cold summer and I'm just fine with that.

I get a very bad reaction to poor lighting generally. The way I deal with this in the Winter is to get as much daylight as possible during the Winter months

COVID is my main concern along with the dry air (COPD).....that comes in with the cold winter temperatures of -20 here in the Midwest.🥶🧊❄️⛄😷
