Yes but the risk is very low. And the person receiving would be less likely to contract the virus than the one giving it. You could get yourself tested to rule it out but I wouldn't worry unless you had open sores in your mouth.
Hiv doesn’t have to present itself right away. I’ve read some people don’t experience symptoms for years. You just have to continue to get tested regularly and yes, oral sex can give you HIV.
