I think, to me, the 3 most important things would be:

Stable Housing, Home Care, Access to Community Based Events, and I would even add one more such as access to quality, easy to prepare meals and nutritional drinks (Ensure).

The only "enforcement" I'd recommend is personal enforcement. Long as the law doesn't discriminate against us, I'm all for less government 'enforcement' of anything.

On a personal level:
- Assistance coping with periodic depression
- Medication help for those who need it (there are many available)
- Ways to expand faith in our community
