It could be the Biktarvy or it could be your sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) swallowing up your free testostorone. So it would be better to check your SHBG and Free Testostorone levels to calculate to actual Testosterone. SHBG often swallows up the free Testostorone in many people with HIV. In my case my SHBG is abnormally high, which means my actual Testostorone is running at 65 percent.
