Contacts And The Brain
I am curious about if wearing contacts can interfere with my mood and focus?
I just might go back to them when I go to my optometrist appointment in December.
I wear contacts off and on for years, the only problem I ever had was having to put them in or take them out (nothing serious) as for focus well in my mind that would be due to changes in prescription. But if you are referring to mood and clarity of mind I don't think contact lens have any effects like that but I could be wrong.
I have an appointment with my optometrist in December of this year and I will talk to them about contacts. I see my optometrist once every two years.
