Have your doctor check your testosterone levels. HIV especially in men has a tendency to lower it as we get older.

It happens to me a lot but I don't know if it's because I smoke.

Si me pasa mucho pero no sé si sea porque fumo

Ah Jordan I understand. Would your Doctor be willing to try an alternative drug for your HIV? For example, I take Raltegravir Darunivir/Ritonivir, and Tenofivir. I know for a fact that coffee gets rid of the fatigue from these drugs. When I tried Biktarvy last year, it gave me serious fatigue which did not respond to coffee. Thats why I stopped taking Biktarvy and went back on Darunivir Ritonivir Raltegravir. I would also say that only Nescaffe seems to stop the fatigue from my current drugs. Other Coffees are not as effective.
