You be able to get care at AHF ( AIDS Health Fondation ) if for some reason they can’t they will direct to who can.
I DON’T think your citizenship status will be a problem and I’d be surprised if they don’t take you as a patient.

If you are in Seattle and your insurance doesn't cover HIV treatment, and you are not a U.S. citizen, here are some options based on the knowledge base:

1. Emergency Medicaid: If HIV is causing a medical emergency, you are eligible for emergency Medicaid coverage. This will cover you only in emergency situations.

1. Emergency Medicaid: If HIV is causing a medical emergency, you are eligible for emergency Medicaid coverage. This will cover you only in emergency situations.

2. Local Health Centers: Find a local health center that provides HIV care on-site. These centers serve everyone, regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.

3. Nonprofit Help: Nonprofits may assist with financial help and access to medications. Organizations like Good Days may provide coverage for specific treatments.

4. Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs): These programs help people with low income who do not qualify for private or federal insurance. More information can be found via HIV.gov.

5. AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP): This program provides medications to low-income people living with HIV who have limited or no health insurance. Use the ADAP Directory to find resources in your state.

6. Legal Aid: If concerned about legal implications, consult an immigration lawyer. The Legal Services Corporation can connect you with legal aid options in your area.
