Lentils And HIV

A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

I am very curious if having lentils in my diet good for health? Because I just made a smoothie and I put lentils into it, along with milk and frozen fruit.

I have always cooked pink lentils along with brown rice with some olive oil in my rice cooker.
Rice is eaten more than taters in Hawaii as a staple food. I add low sodium soy sauce once plated to enjoy with the main course and vegetables and a green salad. Also great with a nice smothering of cream gravy with fried chicken and grilled zucchini.
Now I'm hungry. Bye!

I've also made a Vegetable Lentil soup in the winter that is very healthy. You can add whatever you like for best flavor.
