Election Time: What Are Your Thoughts?
Here in the UK there is a General Election on Thursday. We face a stark choice of the current ruling Conservative party or a socialist regime under the Labour party. Labour is expected to win and it is thought that they will wreck an already ruined economy with raging inflation. As far as HIV care is concerned there's not much difference between the two as they have both historically tried to introduce benefit reforms for the disabled.
Don't like either candidate, however, looks like I'm voting g for Biden. Yikes. Our government is a total.mess and the Supreme Court doesn't help it any.
Crazy times we are living in for sure
Voting day is here.
In the UK, the Labour Party has committed to ending HIV transmissions by 2030 with a new HIV plan.
As well as other healthcare reforms, Labour pledge to make 40,000 more healthcare appointments available every week.

Mark this is nobody's fault other than the people who are actually fighting. We can toss around blame here and there but the only ones responsible of the people on the ground who are pulling the trigger and those that are commanding them to do so. Other than that you just fueling fire to the flame. Let's hold those directly responsible like the leaders of these countries, Iran Israel and Hamas.
My concern about the Labour party gaining power is that the Pound will fall to below 1 us dollar, as people will take all their money and investments out of the UK. This will lead to inflation the likes of which weve never seen before. I might vote for the little known Reform Party or abstain.
With regards to the US election, my concern there is that President Biden released billions of dollars back to Iran, which was previously blocked, and that money was used by Iran to fund Hezbollah and Hamas. bringing the World closer to World War 3.
