What Do You Do To Release Some Steam?
It's healthy to let go of unnecessary negative anxiety, or other emotions that can harm our immune system. What do you do that makes you feel better?
My forte is singing, or soft music in a quiet surrounding.

Work out is what I should do and used to do but now I just sleep everything off
a walk in the woods and be with nature
I let out small screams every now and then, LOL. Other than that, I pray, talk to someone, read my Bible or put on a good gospel or dance song. I am a pretty patient person, but we have to try and maintain some control no matter what.
