If both of you are undetectable, you can have meaningful sex without fear of reinfection. Hoping you good fortune on your journey finding the love of your life whether it be here or elsewhere.
If you happen to find someone elsewhere, the time to disclose is entirely up to you and how you feel the relationship is progressing. Only you will know when the right time.
