I Have Been Going To The Gym Since I Was Diagnosed A Year Ago, But I Have Not Lost A Single Pound, . Should I Go On Or Chill?
I would still keep going to be honest if you are worried about the extra weight.
HIV medications, one of the side effects are gaining weight. So if you quit going, then the weight will really pile on. At least by going to the gym, you are trying to keep that access weight from staying.
It's great to hear that you've been consistently going to the gym! Exercise is beneficial for overall health, especially for managing HIV. However, if you're not seeing the weight loss results you expected, it might be worth discussing this with Show Full Answer
I agree with Jeff420 if you enjoy going to the gym don’t stop.
If you’re going for weight loss perhaps visiting a dietitian might help
I would keep going , especially if you like going to the gym 🏋️♂️ 💪
