No. You can still get a headache, muscle spasms, rashes, an STI, to name a few. The goal of achieving an undetectable status is to keep your hiv virus from replicating. When undetectable you cannot infect your partner. That in itself is miraculous considering the way it was before we had any meds at all. So many people died. Just look at the Aids Quilt.
