My name is Cordarryl and I’m HIV positive Undetectable. Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) First step is to be Undetectable and Educate yourself that way you can educate others. Most people are treating this as a death sentence still and it’s not anymore. I was afraid to accept it when I first got diagnosed with it but as time went on I accepted this is what I have.

Take it calmly and know that the world is not ending because of this diagnosis and that everything is about taking your medication responsibly.

Que lo tome con calma y que sepa que no se acaba el mundo por ese diagnóstico que todo está en tomar su medicamento con responsabilidad

Remember that your life isn't over and your not dirty. Lean on your supports, find a great doctor, invest in yourself and live your life to the fullest. Also educate yourself. I wish you the best!
