I just use my smartphone despite fact I have a laptop. Just find it easier.

I access this forum both on my 'droid as well as a Windows computer with dual monitors. Prefer access via Windows; only use phone when that computer isn't near me.

Old is the first one you created to join the app when it dont work wich should never happen then you need to create a whole new account and rejoin and start over to use the site again . Then sometimes the first account old one starts working and have 2 accounts going . Hope that answered you ok

Check into getting a government laptop for free not sure if you are eligible but it won’t hurt to try
