Yes, it's possible for someone who was previously undetectable to become detectable again. This can happen for several reasons, including not taking HIV medication as prescribed, which allows the virus to replicate and increase the viral load. It's important to talk with your healthcare provider about any changes in your treatment or health status. They can help you understand why this might be happening and what steps you can take to return to an undetectable viral load. Remember, maintaining an undetectable status is key to your health and reducing the risk of transmitting HIV to others.

Yes, it can be normal, somewhere along the line you either didnt take your medication, regularly or also you could have had a sickness, and had other medication which cancel the hiv meds, and also maybe not eating meals, skipping. Not having alot of essential vitamins, not protecting your self during intimacy. But anything can contribute to that even stress. So i pray you dont stress about it because it will only make you depressed and cause more issues. Rather focus on eating properly, getting your vitamins and excercising snd just living each day step by step. Dont focus on negative things be positive and you eill be ok again
