Common sense is yes but not necessary if all one has to worry about it’s HIV. But due to other STI’s out there it would be best

I personally don't use condoms. The undetectable status allows me to have intercourse without worrying about transmitting it to anyone. It also protects me from any HIV creepy crawlies from getting me sick. However, the HIV pill does not protect me from other STIs which I have contracted many times from others.
In Georgia, we have a mass amount of syphilis. It even made the news. So when or if you decide to bareback, make sure you are aware of them.

There's always a need. Unless you totally trust them. HIV isn't the only thing out there.

I agree with Xavier, Nomsa it's very important to protect yourself and your partner, with different s.t.ds, it's much safer, to use condoms, I'm sure you don't want to be sick and feel pain after feeling good. I think sex release good happy hormones but what's the use if the after effects may lead to stds, and pain and suffering. So my friend protect yourself and your partner .
