Just to know I am not alone.

I like the mix of this site. Useful information especially for someone newly diagnosed such as myself.Long time survivors giving there wisdom on what it was like from the start and how they survived. And of course the questions and the music posts that normalize us ,that we are not just a diseased person . but we are human beings just trying to go on with our lives. Laugh,cry,help others that’s what it’s all about .

I didn't know what I would get from this. Normally I try 5o stay away from groups, But I actually like being able to talk or put your feelings out there an other people who care. I think that is what I miss about being in a support group. I was struggleing frome that I found out I was HIV positive. They told me I would die within them and I believed them. Then I found out about a place that would help you with gas an food and meds. Plus you could get to actually sit down an talk to someone else that might be going through the same thing. I have out lived everyone in 3 different support group. I enjoy getting to know all of you. Thank you!

I was definitely looking for support and I’m so happy was able to find it here . There is a sense of comfort knowing that they’re people here who totally understand what I’m dealing with . I hope all of you understand how much it means me that you’re willing to listen to my crap . I’m forever grateful for that and will never be able to thank you all enough for advice that was given or for just being there to let me vent . I truly love you all. Because I wanted to be with people like me because I am tired of these non poz judgmental fools I keep meeting. Other great thing the site is all about our condition and I like the way everyone talks about something. To me all is important no matter how big or small it may be. Nothing is silly and all is welcome.
