Don't understand English speaking only

I only ask because only if I bring a doctor's note they don't give me points in my work and they say that only if I bring a doctor's letter they don't give it to me but I have days with some afflictions that I can't go to one such as gastrointestinal or pain for example if today I woke up with stomach problems and I can't go so they don't give me stitches. I have to go to the doctor to see if my doctor will give me a letter.

Solo pregunto porque solo si traigo nota medica no me dan puntos en mi trabajo y dicen que solo si traigo carta medica no me la dan a mi pero tengo dias con algunas aflicciones que no puedo ir a una como gastrointestinal o dolor por ejemplo si hoy me levante con problemas estomacales y no puedo ir asi que no me dan me puntos. Tengo que ir al médico para ver si mi médico me da una carta.
