They are should be soft than hard when hard they are swollen and hurt that is how you know different of then.Your neck, under your arms and in between your legs to in your crotch there also .I know all to well do to sinus allergies they swell up for me andI dislike it .But in crotch no for sinus allergies no not there for me . Lymphoma we are talking talking about .Yes that is what I am talking about here too.Colds and flu they can swell up too .I been through that myself and at first it scare me but now it just nothing until it last over week then I worry about it and see doctor of my or another because my doctor is busy
