You’ve got to realize you don’t have HIV written across your face. You’re isolating yourself and that’s usually how it goes in the beginning but you’re gonna see that you can live in normal life and you will live in normal life. You just have to be open and ready to go.

I have found isolation to be an uncrossable barrier. Evey one says they are there for you and they care for you but they aren't. Iv found they all look for the door to dip out. We're all alone in this. I don't know any of you. No one on this sight is in my REAL LIFE. It's just words on a screen and some pictures to go with them. We can pretend and vent here but it will never really go away for long. Soon it's all stacked the same or higher and venting again.
I know yall wanna say U=U who else believes it besides people that have hiv and doctors? No one listens to science today, everything is geared tored fear. Can't blame them...I wouldn't wish any of this on anyone, U=U or not.

You fix yourself up.. Keep ya head up high keep smiling.
Keep ot Pushing.
Exercise and drink clean water and sleep well. Wash rinse & repeat. Focus on what's important. Everything else will follow.. #self-love first
