There is not right or wrong answer. It is about to be informed and educated about HIV. Should I go on medication right away? Should I tell my family, stop dating, having sex?
Take a moment to digest what you just get yourself into. Read, ask, immerse into what is HIV, and how you can live with it. It will become easier if you know about CD4, liver condition, STDs and overall how is your body. What diet, workout plan, supplements, vitamins and lifestyle I should stick to.
Life is difficult as it is, yet HIV will make you take care of yourself meticulously to detail.

So I’m guessing you’re newly diagnosed. Some thing you need to know this is not like the 90s or the 80s you live through HIV it’s like diabetes you’re going to have a lot of crazy feelings at first that’s normal but just know that life can go almost back to normal, you just have to hang in there. I know it’s gonna be OK.

I thought there was no way possible that I had hiv. Denial, grief and anger. Still dealing with grief..just day by by day

I was diagnosed in 1990 at age of 17. Got through blood transfusion. I was upset. Thought. I haven't been on date or kissed a girl. And I'm a scropio, I AM SUPPOSED TO BE A HOE. LOL.
