I feel like a Scrooge saying it, but dread it like a colonoscopy. If I outlive my father, I plan to never do another family holiday.

I have mixed emotions about the holidays this year. Last year was all right, although kinda weird not being with my wife . I did hang out with family and it was cool to do so, since it’s been so long since I’ve done that ( too long of a story ) I found myself at a pub having a burger with a few brews. Then on Christmas, I caught Covid and was asked by my cousin if
I could stay at a hotel Christmas Eve so he could disinfect the house before a dinner with his family. So yeah , not really looking forward to this year, tbh.

I love when Halloween Thanksgiving and Christmas are around the corner. I start celebrating from now until next year. You gotta live every moment like it was your last. Must be nice to spend it with a love one but even if Iam alone I still enjoy being part of it all😊

No, it is just another time to spend money for no good reason. Although, I like it for the kids.
