I'm sorry you didn't get enough responses but I know of two women online who are no longer online they have married gotten pregnant give birth and had families but they had ordinary pregnancies other than the normal doctor's visits that you would go to. Just be extra careful make sure you eat correctly stress less and enjoy this pregnancy.

When it comes to pregnancy and HIV, preventing transmission is crucial. Here are some key points:

- Antiretroviral Therapy (ART): Pregnant individuals with HIV should continue ART to reduce viral load, which lowers the risk of transmission to the baby.
- HIV Testing: The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends HIV testing early in the first trimester and again early in the third trimester for those at high risk.
- Regular Monitoring: For those who are HIV-positive, regular blood tests to check viral load and immune system function are essential.
- Coinfection Testing: Testing for other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) like gonorrhea, hepatitis B, chlamydia, and syphilis is recommended, as coinfections can increase the risk of transmission.
- Breastfeeding: HIV-positive individuals are advised to avoid breastfeeding to prevent transmission through human milk. Alternatives include safe formula and donor breast milk if available.
- Consultation: It's important to talk with a trusted HIV specialist and OB-GYN to create a treatment and prevention plan tailored to individual needs.
