I concur with @A myHIVteam Member on this. Because of the complexity of all the different meds and things they interact with, you need to talk to your doctor. You may need a change in medication because your body does not react well to the one you are on, or it's possible that they may need to add something else to the equation to deal with the effects.

In a pinch, a pharmacist may be able to help you, as they too know all the dos and dont's of the different medications and may be able to help you find a solution to this in some cases, faster than getting in to see a doctor. If you were on the Windsor side of the border, I would suggest trying the service formerly known as TeleHealth Ontario.

If you can’t get anything out of your doctor fast enough, contact your pharmacist. In some ways, they know more about the meds than doctors.

Ask your doctor. Maybe you can adjust when you take it, what you eat with it, change to another med, or add something to stop the nausia, but you really need your doctor to be involved. Best of luck

- Timing: Adjust the time you take your medication. For instance, if your meds make you tired, take them at night; if they make you hyper, take them in the morning.
- Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Small Meals: Eat smaller, more frequent meals rather than large ones.
- Avoid Triggers: Stay away from foods and smells that trigger nausea.

If nausea persists, contact your healthcare provider for further advice.
