See if you can get the covid medicine. It helped my ex a whole lot. I'm not big on the vaccine until more research comes out. But I've had 7 vaccinations and my case of covid was way easier than my exe's from the outside looking in. Make sure you call your dr and let them know you have covid.

I have asthma and since COVID, it has made it more difficult to breath. I use a purifier. It helps a lot.

I have had my cpap for years and I have more energy. After my bipas on my second day in the icu. It helped me to increase my lung capacity. Something to think about.

I also have COPD that was causing me a lot of problems.
First thing I would do is talk to your provider about having a pulmonary function test done. It really helps to determine the severity of your condition.
My doctor has prescribed two maintenance inhalers, Serevent and Flovent, twice a day, and also Montelukast (generic Singulair), a pill I take in the evening. This has helped keep my condition well controlled.
I would also ask your provider about having a sleep study done. We found out my breathing was substantially impacting my sleep and my overall health as well.
It also means I now use a C-PAP. I was skeptical of it at first, but now won't sleep without it.

I have the same my friend. I use Symbicort inhaler when I have to and I Stay inside. Also in your home please use air filters. Also drink lots and lots of water as the hydrates your lungs and washes them out. Much luck my friend please stay close
