I don't take meds on the weekends but have been undetectable since 2016

My good friend I understand it was just a question but please understand that there are people here who have taken these holidays some have come out undetectable others became resistant to their present medication and they have hard feelings about it. The choice is yours to make. What we do know is that these holidays are not recommended by any medical specialist. Please be careful make sure you take vitamins and nutrition and keep your body as strong as possible. Good luck.

I'm sorry im not trying to be mean I recently lost a good friend who had been doing this and died because he got an opportunistic infection. I don't want everyone to think they can get away with this some people are fine and others like my friend Juan get complications and sometimes it gets them.
