Click on the pen then , tap the ask a question icon, then scroll down where it says how was your day click on that and you go from there.

To add a photo or video to a post on MyHealthTeam, follow these steps:
1. Click the pencil icon on the top banner bar to start your new post
2. Select the camera icon under the update box on the main Activity feed.
3. Choose photos or videos from your computer or mobile device.
4. Optionally, write a comment about the Show Full Answer
Try clicking on the three bars at the top left corner then click on my friends activity, after that you should see the pencil icon on the top right side then click that then click ask a question then scroll down to how was your day and click that and boom there you are.
