Cd4 count tells how much cd4 you have in your blood and the viral load tells how much hiv in your blood if im correct

You should watch your viral load that is very important,to detect your viral load tells you about how much virus is affecting you, and you would be provided information on how too lower it.

The one thing your viral no load is very important it tells you whether you undetectable and CD4 is also important anything under 200 consider an aids diagnosis yes CD4 is the cell help you battle infection

Some doctors and some countries, no longer look at cd4s. They just look at viral load. You can always ask your doctor about your cd4, or if you have access to your HIV labs online, it will be there as well.
