Weed, sorry I know it's not for everyone but it helps with sleep appetite and anxiety. I know it works for me.

Good evening Hillary I don't know what that I'd do anything cuz I take my pill at least no later than 5:00 in the morning and I'm still dealing with insomnia so Louis was telling me that dieting and drink plenty of water may help so you might want to do that he's pretty good you know he has been a patient for a long time so I took him up on what he said cuz I have issues with electrolytes anyway so I need to drink a lot more water but taking it in the morning might work for you though it's probably better I do mines no later in the morning time that way it's down for that day and then I just do it again the next day at 5:00am

I think you might need to have them check your meds I need think I need to do the same if I continue to have sweats but my thing is too I don't move at night I can sleep with on my back all night I don't move I actually sleep sometimes with my glasses on my face and they never come off cuz I don't move I stay in the same spot so that could be just me but I think I'm it's the medicine though because I stay hot all the time I feel like I'm always running a fever and I'm not sick I'm not sick at all and I know I don't have no COVID-19 so I think for the both of us we need to really go check it out with our doctors please try not to stress I'm telling myself the same thing I'm telling you be blessed love Trey
