Life is what you make it. Dream big, remind yourself every day of what it is in life that you would like and keep going until you get it. . Don't ever give up. ❤️❤️❤️👍

Open your self up to happiness. Life is what you make of it...

Yes, it does. But it's all about the mindset. Keeping your outlook positive & loving rather than negative & chaotic is key. Once you let negativity set in, you're doomed. But it's definitely a CHOICE one makes. Life is so much more hopeful when you choose to live with positive thoughts. No, it's not always easy and Yes, sometimes you may need to truck your mind into that positive place, but so much better than the chaos of a negative mind. (I hope that made sense. 🥴) I just mean sometimes you may not FEEL like thinking positively, but if you do it anyway your brain will start believing you and you choose positivity more often. Ask yourself: Do I choose positivity/happiness or do I choose negativity/sadness?

I just pray and go. But I’m in therapy, I journal, and read a lot.
