Nuclear Antibody Test

This afternoon I got my final blood test results and a couple of tests that I saw had me concerned and those two are Nuclear Antibody and Nuclear Antibody Titer. The first one came back positive when it should be negative and the second test came back high. The question I’m asking is what do those two test’s mean and should I be concerned?
