Is anyone struggling with their cholesterol? I've struggled at least 5 years with getting my numbers down. I've lost the weight, got my BMI down to 26. I literally eat 3 times a week. I still have 327 cholesterol and 200 triglycerides. My Dr gave me Lipitor and I don't want to take it. The only thing left for me to quit is smoking and coffee. If you take statins consider CoQ10. My cardiologist suggest that especially if you have any muscle side effects. Have been on Lipitor for many years. An also firm believer in vitamins and herbs.

One of the first things I was told is that an HIV / AIDs diagnosis brings with it a rollercoaster of ups and downs so make sure you buckle up. have you talked to your doctor? have you told them you are moving out of the country and the new country don't have your current medication? They would be the best to ask what they would recommend.
