Hiv makes me ponder life and death. While I know from what everyone says I have a lot of life left to live. However it makes me think of my mortality. Lately, I realized I’m forgetting a bit more. It’s not noticeable but enough for me to question it. I don’t remember certain things I learned, at time I’m spaced out and once back I’m in panic mode. Is it due to the hiv, the anxiety and depression?

This came up in a discussion earlier for me. We all know what the discrimination or the stigma is of this virus now. But before you was diagnosed, what was your true feeling about HIV/AIDS or people who had it (if you knew of anyone)? How different was your view then compared to now?
