I’ve been feeling a lot of shame for not really considering the experiences of people who have been long-term sufferers until I got diagnosed myself. Question about always being hot.

Whether it be somebody's passing, an illness, a side effect from a medication or just life in general. Who or what do you turn to?

So I went to the kidney doctor the other day. My GFR is 60. He said that's normal for my age (Almost 50). And that I don't have to worry until I get to 10 since thats when I'd have to be on dialysis. Is that accurate? Are we supposed to wait until we get on dialysis then worry about kidney damage?

I am very curious about what to give my husband for our third wedding anniversary gift this June. I want to make it a special one because 3 is our lucky number.

Do you have any other intakes, practices, or routines to lessen these effects?

Where and how do you store HIV medication in hot Countries? We have an extreme heatwave in the UK, but HIV medication should not be stored at more than 77 fahrenheit. We dont have airconditoning as standard in the UK.
