I have been wanting to answer this question for quite some time. My doctor and endocrinologist got together to evaluate my blood work and found that inflammation was the number one problem with me. I am taking up to 15 mg of hydrocortisone a day. This helps immensely with the inflammation in my body and I feel a relief at the end of the day. I still suffer from time to time but they're not as long and they're not as deep.
My HIV drugs cause insomnia, but there are currently no other combinations I can take. The lack of sleep causes depression, which I have to battle. I do this by working hard, keeping physically occupied, and by listening to my favourite music constantly.
After finding out in 2004, that I had full blown AIDS, I sunk into a deep depression. I have been battling with depression ever since, and take medication for it. I also talked to a therapist once a week, and see my psychiatrist once a month.
I keep myself in Gods hands!
