My doctor said it’s a good chance I caught this early. My first test was negative that was 6 months ago then I turned positive when I went for a follow up test .before I started ARVs my cd count was over 400 viral load 216,000 however I developed eschougus candidiasis which I read is a AIDS diagnosis.
